She is M.B.B.S from Govt. Medical College Hubli . She is M.S. (Obst. & gynaec ) from Govt. Medical College Ajmer. She has rare distinction of having four gold Medals (Award of Academic Excellence) in her Medical Career. Post P.G. , I.V.F. training from Vadodra ( Gujrat) .

At Janta Hospital Sirsa She worked single handed for more than 5 Years against the post of three lady Doctors . During this period she performed more than 5000 Major procedures like uterus Removal , Caesarean , Falopian pregnancy , Cervical encirclage (to prevent Abortion ), Laproscopic and Hystreroscopic Operation CopperT removal Etc. Similarly She treated Hundred of Infertile Couples by I.U.I. & I.V.F. (test tube) Successfully. In addition she performed more than 1000 minor operations like family planning , forceps Delivery, Episiotomies.

First Time In the Region She has Starting Concept of Dr. Shikha Goyal Birthing Station.

In this Concept Lady is kept in trained Supervision under one roof for Pre-Birthing , birthing & Paedritician Supervision . Her Motto is Baby Shift to Mother and no where else . she personaly takes interest in KANGAROO FEEDING Technique by Mothers for better care of the new born .

In Emergency , operation is performed in State of the Art technology modern Operation theatre from where instead Shifting to Ward Patients are kept in Mordern I.C.U under care of Senior Physician and trained Staff Without any charges of ICU. once the Physician Allows Patients are Shifted to private Cottage at the charges of general ward .
